Individuals
Individual therapy is the cornerstone of our practice. The underlying and accompanying challenges coinciding with high functioning autism, ADHD, and social anxiety are best targeted through an individualized approach.
Our goal is to work with clients to help them develop healthy, adaptive strategies rather than mood issues or anxiety.
Groups
Group therapy and coaching teach skills like full body listening and the best way to enter into a group conversation. These are some of the social skill building blocks necessary to develop relationships and live independently.
Our goal in groups is to provide the opportunity for our clients to make adjustments to their interaction styles.
Assessment
SociAbility's highly-trained psychological evaluators, all clinically-licensed psychologists (PsyD), work with individuals and families to better understand abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
A comprehensive psychological assessment provides information regarding cognitive functioning, personality characteristics, executive functioning, and developmental delays as well as an accurate diagnosis.
